TOWIE star, Liam ‘ Gatsby ‘ Blackwell, has been forced to flee his LA home amid the devastating wildfires in California.

More than a 1000 buildings and structures have been completely destroyed in recent days due to mass evacuations, which thousands of people have been forced to leave their homes, according to Paris Hilton, with some claiming to have already lost their lives in fires that appear to have looked like “hell” on earth.

Liam, 29, who made his television debut on TOWIE in 2015, shared a video of a blazing fire that was filmed in the Hollywood hills and was surrounded by sirens and a helicopter with the hashtag #Facebook. He told followers he had to leave his house as the fiery flames started to spread.

Speculating that the fires were due to arson or a “planned attack”, he said: “This is outta control!! It makes no sense how these fires can continue to start in randomly placed locations because this has to be a planned attack or some of these have been planned! Just got a text to evacuate!! Please God, make the house and everyone else stay safe Big up all the Firefighters!!! “!

After telling his followers that he had left his West Hollywood home on Friday to move in with his family, Liam then criticized his camera for capturing a “just started” raging fire under the midday sun, which he admitted was “crazy.”

Numerous famous people have taken to social media to reveal that their homes have been destroyed by the wildfires. Since Wednesday, more than 130, 000 people have been evacuated, and the firefighters were initially unable to tackle them from the air due to the constant flames that were spreading.

The blazes have also thrown Hollywood’s carefully orchestrated awards season into disarray. Due to the fires, this weekend’s awards ceremony was postponed. The AFI Awards, which were set to honour Wicked, Anora and other awards season contenders, had been scheduled for Friday.

Multi-millionairess, Paris Hilton was one of the first stars to announce she had lost her home. The socialite, who is donating $100, 000 to the victims of the wildfires, told fans she was “heartbroken” to see her waterfront home destroyed.

She wrote, “Heartbroken to find out what happened to my house by seeing it burned to the ground on live TV,” in a caption that read, “Heartbroken to find out what happened to my house.”

In a lengthier post, Paris explained how the “unimaginable” destruction from the fires had left her overwhelmed, but that she was “holding onto gratitude that my family and pets are safe. Heartbroken beyond words”.

She wrote. No one should ever have to go through the experience of watching our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV while watching the news with my family.
