Tinubu Departs Nigeria For G20 Compact With Africa Conference In Berlin

In order to attend the G20 Compact with Africa (CwA) Conference, President Bola Tinubu has left Nigeria for Berlin, Germany.
Some senior government officials, including Senator George Akume, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), bid the president farewell as he left Abuja at around 7 o’clock in the evening (Nigerian time).
In order to outline specific steps to increase investments in crucial areas like energy, trade, infrastructure, and new technologies, among others, President Tinubu will meet with other Heads of State and Governments from CwA member countries, bilateral partners, heads of international organizations, etc. to discuss how to improve economic and business cooperation right away.
The Fourth G20 Investment Summit, which will be co-hosted by the German government and German business associations, will also be held in conjunction with the CwA Conference.
Amb, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, travels with the President. Yusuf Tuggar, the Coordinating Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Wale Edun, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, and Chief Adebayo Adelabu are the Ministers of Power and Industry, Trade and Investment, respectively.
