The Traitors’ Harry Clark reveals dramatic body transformation after major life change

Harry Clarke, adored for his stint on The Traitors, has proudly flaunted a sensational weight loss, dropping over 15kg. Harry, who previously took home an eye-popping £95, 150 on the popular BBC programme this year, revealed his dramatic new look to his 141, 000 Instagram devotees, urging them to “look at how far” they’ve travelled.

He shared a number of photos illustrating his health transformation, including photos of his workouts with his girlfriend Anna Maynard and images of his padel prowess. With his toned body now on full display, Harry’s transformation from a holiday snap in August to a recent mirror selfie is stark.

He reflected in his caption: “1st December reminder to myself”, followed by a call to action, “Also, remember to always look at how far you’ve come! The first image shows me currently weighing around 85 kg, feeling as though nothing has really changed, and the second image shows me taking a vacation of more than 100 kg in August. He vulnerably shared: “Mad to think it’s just the start, who knows where I’ll be next August. Hope everyone’s had a good week, I’m currently deeping the fact this time next week I’ll be 24 which is mad, but what a year 23 has been”.
