According to Taylor Ghouri, Andrew Le Page, a fellow Love Island contestant, and Tanasha Ghouri’s relationship with Strictly Curse ended.
The 26-year-old reality star fell for 29-year-old Andrew during season nine of Love Island in 2023 – and last year she was a contestant on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, where she made it all the way to the final alongside professional dancer star Aljaž Škorjanec, 34. Since Strictly first aired in 2004 and since then, many contestants and professionals have experienced a “cure” that has caused previously content relationships to break while appearing on the BBC show or soon after.
Tasha and Andrew had split up earlier this year, with the news just weeks after Tasha made it to the show’s live final. There has now been evidence that Tasha and Andrew’s split might have been caused by the infamous Strictly Curse.
Tasha gave an interview shortly after her time on Strictly but before her split from Andrew was revealed. Fans have been looking up Tasha’s words to find out a connection between their love split in light of the news that their romance is no longer is happening.

Tashs described her time on Strictly to The Sun as “incomprehensible.” Like, honestly, every day, I’ve been on YouTube watching all the dances we did. Andrew’s getting sick of it”.
She continued: “He is literally like, ‘ Tasha! ‘. Because the experience was so unbelievable, and it just ends, I can’t get over it. And that was the hardest part, you know that was it, you’re never dancing in that ballroom again”.
Just days after the split was made public, Tasha’s words were revealed. Tasha had a passionate love for Andrew, but things started to get ugly when she first appeared on Strictly, according to a source.
” She gave her all in that competition. As time went on, her attention remained solely on her dances with Aljaz, which caused a rift between them.
The source continued:” Now she’s going off on tour she’s going to be away from Andrew again. She’s going on the Strictly tour as a single woman and they discussed ending their relationship at the beginning of January.
While another insider close to the couple claimed that they had “hit a rocky patch” and “broke up” with the publication. Participants in the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour will continue performing until 9 February when the series of shows will culminate with a final performance in London.
And last week, images of Tasha and her Strictly dance partner surfaced, with the former Love Island star looking agitated as she hung up while making a call surfaced. While out and about, she appeared to be having a serious discussion on an escalator.
However, she was able to rely on Aljaž to lift her spirits – as they pair were seen soon after looking in high spirits. As part of their UK-wide tour, the duo will be traveling with a number of Strictly 2024 competitors.
