Syrian security forces reportedly clash with pro-Assad gunmen

On Wednesday, a group of Syrian security forces reportedly clashed with gunmen in al-Sanamayn and allegedly had ties to the military intelligence of the ousted Assad government. A rights group claimed that civilians and other people had been killed and injured.
