Spencer Pratt backed Manny Moore after she was criticized for promoting her in-laws’ GoFundMe page as Los Angeles’ fires raged through her.
After the fire destroyed their home, This Is Us star Mandy shared a campaign on social media to help her in-laws, Griff and Kitt, get out. She responded to criticism by saying in a post: “With their first child coming in a few weeks, they need our support now more than ever.” Griff, a musician on tour, has lost every piece of the drum/percussion equipment he uses to support himself. It’s all so much.
“So many people have volunteered to assist them in this impossible and agonizing time. Please consider giving and receiving to aid in their recovery. Fans criticized the actress and singer, but she continued to say that they didn’t stop her. “And it’s NOT helpful or empathic to blame them for helping our own families or for giving out some arbitrary sum of money that Google claims they have.” Of course we are.
