Ruth Langsford lets her hair down during wild night out with Rylan Clark

On a wild night out with her friend Rylan Clark in London on Saturday evening, Ruth Langsford and her friend enjoyed a lively atmosphere.

The 64-year-old Loose Women presenter was videoed by Rylan showing off her “saucy” moves as she sang along to Montell Jordan’s hit song, ‘ This Is How We Do It. ‘ As Ruth reciprocated by video of the Radio 2 DJ shimmering his hips as she danced to Shakira’s dance classic, “Hips Don’t Lie,” Rachel shared the clips on Instagram.

With the addition of TV personality Lizzie Cundy, who also appeared to be having a memorable night out, Ruth and Rylan both appeared to be having one of the nights of their lives.

Ruth’s weight has decreased by one stone and a half as she adjusts to a new exercise and diet since her split from Eamonn Holmes in May. In a chat with Woman Magazine, personal trainer Laurel Alper observed: “Ruth looks like she’s slimmed down from a size 16 to 14. She’s probably lost about 1st 7lb – you can really see she’s lost weight across her middle, thighs and face”.

Known for being open about her weight and diet, Ruth’s recent social media posts have given followers a peek at her “healthier” approach to the year, showcasing lunches filled with boiled eggs, turkey, and salad, along with her homemade green juice routine featuring ginger, spinach, cucumber, pineapple, apple, and water. “I take this to work most days”, Ruth explained to her followers, insisting it helps her avoid processed foods..

“]It] stops me grabbing unhealthy, processed food. Even when you make a healthy choice and buy a salad, in my experience, they’re mostly leaves! You also get to put everything you like in a good, respectable portion of salad! ENJOY”!

Meanwhile, Rylan started the New Year with a plea for romance on his radio show. With a nod to new beginnings, Rylan casually remarked: “If you’ve got anyone for me, just let me know, yeah? I’m in that mood, you know like new year, I wish I had a little texter”. His colleague Sally]Traffic] was baffled as to why Rylan, who split from Dan Neal in 2021, has yet to secure a partner: “Why can you not find yourself a lovely, lovely other half? Because you’re so lovely”!, reports the Daily Star.

Rylan jokingly replied: “I don’t know where they are! I smell nice, I try my hardest..”. only for Sally to promptly offer words of encouragement: “You look great, you’ve got fantastic clothes”.
