Redknapp’s Jukebox Man confirmed for Gold Cup

Harry Redknapp’s Jukebox Man has been confirmed to run in Friday’s Cheltenham Gold Cup – alongside 10 other horses.

The Redknapp-owned horse won the prestigious King George VI Chase at Kempton Park on 26 December and looks to match that result in the four-day festival’s feature race.

But returning and trying to win the race for a second consecutive year is the Gavin Cromwell-trained Inothewayurthinkin.

Irish trainer Willie Mullins will rely solely on Gaelic Warrior as he looks for a fifth victory.

Mullins’ number one jockey Paul Townend will be in the saddle – in a blow to Willie’s son Patrick, who rode him to victory at Aintree last year and second in the Irish Gold Cup when last seen.
