Rebekah Vardy has declared that her drama with Coleen Rooney is overdue.

After Coleen blatantly claimed that Rebekah’s Instagram account had been leaked to the media, the pair have been at odds with one another. With her Wagatha Christie sting investigation, Coleen made an apparent internet break with a string of fictitious posts on her personal Instagram page.

The High Court was informed that Vardy’s account was the only profile that could see her posts. Rebekah firmly refutes the accusations that have been made against her. During the expensive court battle, it was heard how Vardy’s former agent, Caroline Watt, may have been responsible for the leaks, having had access to her account.

But despite the drama between Rebekah, 42 and Coleen, 38, it appears that the charity ambassadors could be prepared to leave the past behind them. Coleen had recently touched briefly on the trial, which saw a judge rule in her favor and state that her claim about Rebekah allegedly leaking stories was “substantially true,” on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

Now, Rebekah has praised the Liverpudlian, who placed runner-up to McFly singer and guitarist, Danny Jones, in Sunday night’s grand final. Writing in her column for The Sun, Rebekah said: “And Coleen finished second, Coleen has had a fab series, she has really done well and made herself proud.

” Yes, I know you’re all waiting for me to say otherwise, I’m sorry to disappoint, but it’s just not happening. It’s really, really time to move on and end the year with a positive. More than seven million people tuned in to watch Coleen narrowly defeat Danny on I’m A Celebrity on Sunday night, up from the 6.6 million viewers who watched TV star Sam Thompson win last year, according to ITV.

The winner Danny received a whopping 55.2% of the vote, while the Claire House ambassador received a staggering 44.8%. However, sources have now revealed that heading Down Under has revived her passion for television, despite Coleen’s previously unpopular status.

Coleen is a natural on screen, a TV insider told the Mirror, “her time on I’m a Celebrity only reinforced what the executives already knew.” Her sincerity and charm immediately appealed to viewers. She has been contacted repeatedly to produce more television, but it will now happen.

The source continues, “TV wanted to see I’m a Celebrity.” With her performance as the channel’s runner-up, ITV has long wanted to give her a significant role, and they now have one of the most exciting daytime TV slots available. She’s set to become one of TV’s biggest stars. A big deal is certainly in the offing! “
