Prince Harry and Meghan Markle TV bosses ‘want divorce deal’ despite panned Netflix show

Netflix may not be able to renew the multimillion-pound deal between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but it has been suggested that it may “keep a vague hand” in contact with them “in case of a divorce.”
The release of the Duchess of Sussex’s show With Love, Meghan was discussed in a recent episode of the The Rest Is Entertainment podcast with hosts Marina Hyde and Richard Osman. Meghan gives cooking, gardening, and hosting advice to her well-known friends, including Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer, in the new lifestyle show, which premiered earlier this month.
The series rose to seventh place in last week’s UK top 10 on Netflix after its release, and it also placed in the top ten in the US. In contrast to the 2022 television series Harry &, Meghan, which had 97.7 million hours of viewing in its first seven days on the platform, Netflix’s official companion website Tudum revealed 12.6 million hours of the show had been streamed.

According to Netflix-divorce-deal.html” rel=”nofollow” target=”_self”>MailOnline, Richard and Marina reflected on the release of With Love, Meghan while discussing what might come next in the podcast segment. There won’t be a severing with Netflix, first of all. They won’t renew, she claimed, before making references to reports the couple has purchased the rights to a best-selling novel with plans to adapt it for Netflix. “They might say we’re continuing to develop projects with them,” she said.
She continued, “I have to point out that a lot of people are hanging around in case of a divorce, which is the reality.” Because then, and that might be Netflix, or whoever else, who has a deal with them, might keep a nudge. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s representatives have been contacted by The Mirror for comment.
It comes as Harry and Meghan were the subject of a shocking Vanity Fair article in January that contained a number of brutal allegations. The claim that a member of Meghan’s team had reached out to a publishing company to “gauge interest” in a post-divorce book was perhaps the most shocking.
However, the article makes it clear that the couple is not on the verge of divorce; rather, Harry and Meghan are said to be very adored. Not a general book on the afterlife or one about Meghan’s past experiences, according to an excerpt from the article. (She married producer Trevor Engelson between 2011 and 2014)

The subject of this book, really, might be related to a post-Harry divorce. Not that one was actually planned! Would this publisher theoretically be interested in a book published in its wake of this a priori divorce, if it ever happened? The Sussexes were “disgusted” by the entire ordeal, according to The Times, who denied any of the claims made in the blatant article.
According to a rumored insider at the time, Harry and Meghan can’t end their relationship because “being a couple is what they value most.” Meghan and Harry are close friends, according to the source, who is said to have had a close relationship with the couple. Even if they wanted to split, they were unable to. They are, to be honest, obsessed with one another.
Prince Harry and Meghan, who signed a multimillion-pound deal with the streaming service in 2020, have been hailed as the make-or-break moment for the new Netflix series. Despite having tens of millions of online views, With Love, Meghan has received mixed reviews. This is said to have “been involving” “Netflix bosses.
The show’s second season has already been announced, and it will debut on our screens in the fall. Meghan posted a video of herself wearing a hat with the caption ” lettuce romaine calm” while sharing the news on her Instagram account.
Lettuce romaine calm… or not (!) she captioned the clip. because I’m excited to announce that Season 2 of “With Love, Meghan” is in development! Oh my goodness, I love ASMR! Wait until you can enjoy the fun we put together in Season 2 if you enjoy Season 1. Thanks for joining the celebration, and a heartfelt thank you to the amazing team and crew who brought it all to life! @netflix. “
Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, has been busy creating her brand As Ever in addition to the release of With Love. Confessions of a Female Founder, her new podcast, which will feature “the real, unfiltered stories and lessons learned from notable female founders,” is another topic that she has made public.
