Primark’s ‘stunning’ £20 shoes look ‘identical’ to £56 viral Zara pair

Although the two have very similar designs, there is a significant price difference that could save customers money.

Online Primark shoppers are praising a pair of shoes that resemble a more expensive pair of shoes. The high street retailer is known for its affordable fashion and home goods, but it may have just introduced a new crowd-pleaser.

The retailer’s Clear Embellished Slingback Heels looks similar to a style being sold at Zara, but a much cheaper price. Shoppers can snag the Primark version for £20, while the Zara version is priced at £55.99 online.

The front, slingback design, and low heel all feature very similar materials. A pointed toe is also present in both of them.

There are also some minor differences, though. Zara’s have faux pearls, while the Primark’s have a lighter shade of nude on the base, strap, and heel, and have sparkling embellishments.

Primark took to Instagram to share a video of its new shoes, alongside the caption: “No bridal look is complete without a touch of sparkle.” The post racked up more than 5,000 likes and many comments from excited shoppers, who were quick to point out the similarities to the Zara shoes.

One commenter wrote, “I swear I bought these from Zara last year,” in the comments section. “Incredible shoes,” was a second phrase.

Another customer referred to the shoes as “beautiful,” while a third customer said, “Love these.” They were dubbed “Cinderella shoes” by a fifth fan.

One sixth wrote, “These are lit the Zara [alternative] from a year ago,” and the other, “It’s giving Zara”! Another customer questioned, “Aren’t these identical to the Zara ones? ” “!

The Primark shoes retail for £20, while Zara’s High Heel Slingback Shoes with Faux Pearls come in at £55.99. This means shoppers could save almost £36 by opting for the bargain version.
