On Thursday, President Bola Tinubu took part in the celebration of Armed Forces Day and Guinea-Bissau’s 50th Independence Anniversary.
He participated in the celebrations in Bissau, the nation’s capital, along with other heads of state and government.
President Umaro Sissoco Embaló of Guinea-Bissau welcomed President Tinubu with open arms upon his arrival.
Adama Barrow, president of the Gambia, and António Costa, prime minister of Portugal, were also present.
