Peter Andre ‘petrified’ for kids Princess and Junior after 14 year old stabbed on bus

After the death of London schoolboy Kelyan Bokassa, 14, on a busy day just last week, Peter Andre has been left shaken and “petrified” for his own children. Tributes now lie at a bus stop in Woolwich, South East London, after Kelyan was stabbed on a route 472 double-decker at around 2.30pm last Tuesday and died a short time later despite the best efforts of paramedics.

And following the harrowing news, former singer Peter has opened up about his own worries for his two teenage kids, 19-year-old son Junior and daughter Princess, 17. Writing in his New weekly! Magazine column, the father-of-five said: “It was so tragic to hear about the 14-year-old boy, Kelyan Bokassa, who was stabbed on a London bus. I can’t imagine that feeling as a parent. I was terrified when Junior and Princess began to board trains.

” Sometimes I wouldn’t let them but then I thought, you need to let kids grow up and can’t wrap cotton wool around them. The issue is that you can’t always protect them because the world is unsafe. My heart aches for that young boy’s family. The problem of knife crime must be resolved. My thoughts are with his family. “

In a place where gang warfare is common, Kelyan was an aspiring drill rapper who went by the name Grippa. Witnesses have alleged that they witnessed two boys fleeing the scene while one of them was “massive machete”-wielding.

Talking to The Mirror, Kelyan’s mother, Mary, said:” It makes me think about what’s going on in the world. Because of his lack of other options, he developed into an inspiring rapper. He was not given any other opportunities. He abused rap to show his anger. This helped him deal with his anger. I get that he was enraged by what he experienced. He was completely broken by the care system.

“He was taken to care and when he came back from care, all his passion, what he loved the most, had been removed from him, from his identity. He was a “baby lost in a dream” One note addressed to her, among others, was proudly read by Mary, who is a native of the Central African Republic.

Peter shares his eldest children with ex-wife Katie Price, he is also dad to younger children, Millie, Theo and Arabella, with his wife Emily MacDonagh. Speaking to The Mirror, he said: “It’s so important for us to come as a family and bring the kids. Although Junior and Princess are now adults, they still want to accompany us. Every single year. We love it”.

He added: “If we don’t go to any other event, it doesn’t matter. Because of what it stands for, we only want to attend this event. When you come here and hear the stories, it’s just so inspirational. and the year grows and improves. Never do you believe you can surpass it.
