Peter Andre issues heartbreaking update as he’s left ‘very emotional’

After visiting his parents in Australia, Peter Andre shared a heartbreaking update. In 2023, he revealed that his 88-year-old mother, Thea, has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. Thea lives in Australia with Peter’s father, Savvas, as she faces her declining health. Peter paid tribute to their 69th wedding anniversary last year while acknowledging how difficult it was to see your parents get older or become ill.

Now the 51-year-old singer, who shares Theo, Amelia, 10, and baby girl Arabella with his wife Emily, as well as Junior, 19, and Princess, 17, with his ex Katie Price, has returned from his travels Down Under to visit his mother amid her health struggles and given a heartbreaking update.

I went with my brother, Michael, and we got to spend quality time with my sister as well. I find leaving them to be the hardest part. Both Mum and Dad are on the decline, unfortunately, especially my mum.

” Every moment was incredible. I appreciate everyone who sent me so many lovely messages while I was there. Even though I know it’s part of life, I can assure you it doesn’t make it any easier to deal with. I should be back there very soon to watch my upcoming film, Jafaica, which will be amazing.

In January 2023, he jetted off to Australia to visit his mum and dad with Emily, and Pete’s kids with Katie Price, Junior, 18 and Princess, 16, went along for the trip. He explained how it was “cruel” to watch the conditions develop and how being with his parents meant the world to him.
