A long-time friend of the Black Sabbath frontman has revealed that Ozzy Osbourne will perform on a throne that “flies over the crowd” at his massive comeback concert in July.

Ozzy is scheduled to play again soon.

The Prince of Darkness plans to perform on a throne for his huge comeback gig, we can reveal. Ozzy Osbourne, who is unable to stand for long periods or walk around without aid, may even fly over the crowd in the special chair for his Villa Park farewell on July 5.

Band guitarist and long term friend Zakk Wylde let slip the plan for the surprise when the Brummie reunites with Black Sabbath and performs solo hits. He also claimed 76-year-old Ozzy may do a u-turn on making the Aston Villa show the end, potentially doing a tour in 2026.

You always have to look out for the good in life, he said, “The game plan is, let’s hope this is what happens,” he said. “Oz was singing at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame thing.”

Ozzy
Ozzy can’t move for very long.

“Ozzy was just sitting in the chair and he was singing “Mama, I’m Coming Home,” which was fantastic. So, ideally, we’ll just do this, and Oz will say, “Let’s just fire up the machine once more and we’ll do another tour.” Oz and his throne, which just flies over the stadium or whatever, shoot out buckets of water in the air and do the same thing. So, if Oz is having a great time and the lyrics are simply, “I wanna go out on the road again,” then they are just, like, Good. Do it once more. ” “

The hottest ticket in town, which sold out in just 16 minutes, is the Back To The Beginning concert. After 20 years apart, Ozzy, guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward will make a reunion.

Other artists with Ozzy include a supergroup of musicians including Duff McKagan and Slash from Guns’N’Roses, Billy Corgan, Wolfgang Van Halen, Andrew Watt, Red Hot Chili Peppers Chad Smith and Sammy Hagar. Zakk told Riff X’s Metal XS: “Everybody’s gonna be playing Sabbath songs, it’s gonna be pretty mind blowing.”
