Munster heaped more misery on Ospreys as their Rugby World Cup (URC) bonus-point win in Bridgend lifted the Irish province to second in the table.

With only the Stormers ahead of them in the table, Munster erred to take the win thanks to attempts from wing Shane Daly, hooker Lee Barron, full-back Mike Haley, and fly-half Jack Crowley, who finished with 11 points.

Morgan Morris scored five points from Dan Edwards’ boot in a consolation for Ospreys.

The hosts, who defeated Connacht and Montauban in the Challenge Cup, are now 15th in the URC table and have won just one game in seven league games as three other Welsh sides attempt to topple the bottom three spots.

Lake’s return to lead Ospreys is Gloucester-bound.

Ospreys’ captain Ospreys also started with James Ratti, Reuben Morgan-Williams, Rhys Davies, Reuben Morgan-Williams, Rhys Davies, and Harri Deaves.

In the match that gave Worcester a Champions Cup bonus-point win over Gloucester, Munster made six personnel adjustments and two positional adjustments.

For the visitors, Jeremy Loughman, Fineen Wycherley, Alex Kendellen, Paddy Patterson, Tom Farrell, and Calvin Nash.

In the opening moments, Edwards slotted over a penalty while Ospreys had the advantage.

However, home full-back Max Nagy was shown a yellow card for a careless trip on Daly when the wing scored the opening try in the left corner following a fine pass from number eight Gavin Coombes.

Lake was adamant about not finding his line-out jumpers despite the heavy surface that both sides were dealing with.

Before scrum-half Patterson opened the scoring for Crowley to flop over for the second score, Munster’s replacement hooker Barron was driven over for the second score. The visitors took a 19-3 half-time lead.

As Munster captain Jack O’Donoghue was shown a yellow card, Morris scored the winning try with a deft finish to earn the bonus-point try before Haley and Ospreys rallied for the fourth try.

Ospreys playing rugby in Wales Uncertainty

Although Scarlets’ Friday night 21-17 Welsh derby victory against Cardiff attracted a crowd of 4, 715, there had been a lot of energy.

Given the horrible circumstances in which the Ospreys squad and supporters have been trapped, it is not surprising.

Nobody is aware of the organisation’s future plans for the ruthless and directionless Welsh rugby system, whose crushing uncertainty affects the organization.

Lake claims that the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) proposed to cut one of its four men’s professional sides, which is his main motivation for his decision.

The governing body of Welsh rugby has proposed to grant three professional men’s clubs a license. One in Cardiff, one in the east, and one in the west could lead to a survival conflict between Swansea-based Ospreys and Scarlets in Llanelli.

Cardiff was temporarily put in administration in April, but the WRU eventually decided to take control of the business, with the governing body anticipating a new year’s sale to new investors.

Another way the WRU could lose its desire to have a men’s professional side is linked to the owners of Ospreys, Y11 Sport &amp, Media.

The club’s owners, Ospreys, have not commented on the rumor, which raises questions for supporters about the club’s future.

Senegal Talisman Mane Overcame Grief To Become An African Icon

https://www.channelstv.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Untitled-1-Recovered-Recovered-Recovered-2.png

If Sadio Mane, the talisman and striker from Senegal, had consented to his late father’s wishes, he might have missed out on a glittering football career.

Because his father, a practicing Muslim, wanted his son to concentrate on his religious studies, the 33-year-old was told to avoid playing football as a child.

Mane, who would become an African football icon, revealed this to a senior Confederation of African Football (CAF) official.

The two-time African player of the year emphasized his love for his father and how devastated he was when his parents passed away, even though there were many different opinions about football.

My father would always tell me how proud he was of me when I was younger. He had a big heart, and he was. He passed away, affecting both me and the rest of my family, Mane said.

I told myself, “I must now try my best to assist my mother,” I said. When you are so young, that is difficult to deal with.

But he was successful, joining clubs in France, Austria, England, Germany, and Saudi Arabia and contributing to his nation’s first-ever AFCON victory in 2002.

Mane joined Southampton in 2014 after spending time with Metz and Salzburg, and his 176-second hat-trick against Aston Villa is still the fastest in Premier League history.

After the 2028 edition, the Africa Cup of Nations will be held every four years.

Mane joined Liverpool after two seasons with the Saints, where he worked alongside Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah, who helped bring many awards to Anfield.

The silverware haul included the League Cup, Premier League, FA Cup, Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and League Cup.

Mane spent one season with Bayern Munich before moving on to the lucrative Saudi Pro League with the Reds.

In Yaounde, Mane converted the spot kick that earned Senegal the glory in the 2022 AFCON final despite Egypt’s goalless 2022 final.

Victory was especially heartening because the Teranga Lions had already advanced to the previous AFCON final in Cairo three years prior, but they had already conceded after just two minutes and lost to Algeria with a score of 1-0.

However, Senegal was unable to win back-to-back titles in 2024, falling to hosts and eventual champion Ivory Coast in a round-of-16 encounter on penalties.

At the Moroccan AFCON in Morocco, which begins on Sunday, they have been drawn with Botswana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Benin in Group D.

The Senegalese, who defeated the Congolese 3-2 in Kinshasa in October to advance to the 2026 World Cup, will bring back happy memories of the encounter.

Mane did not score in the capital of DR Congo, but he did score twice in a 4-0 home victory over Mauritania that earned him a spot in the World Cup.

Mane led the World Cup qualifiers with five goals, one more than Pape Matar Sarr’s goal against Tottenham Hotspur in that country, scoring 22.

When head coach Pape Thiaw chooses his strikers, Senegal are left with a lot of options.

Some of the options include Ismaila Sarr of Crystal Palace, Mane of Al Nasr, Nicolas Jackson of Chelsea, Iliman Ndiaye of Everton, and Nicolas Jackson of Chelsea.

Ibrahim Mbaye, 17, from Paris Saint-Germain, the reigning champion of the Champions League, made his international debut last month in a friendly defeat by Brazil.

In another AFCON warm-up match, he scored twice to make Senegal the youngest scorer, beating Kenya 8-0.

A timely reminder to AFCON rivals that Mane’s hat-trick against the east Africans has not diminished his predatory instincts.

Many observers have favored Senegal to win the tournament once more in Morocco, and Mane will likely play a crucial role if they succeed.

“We are among the favorites, and we are confident in that.” In the Senegalese squad that advanced to the 2002 World Cup quarter-finals, Thiaw said, “I want a team that dominates.”

Janette Manrara breaks silence on replacing Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman on Strictly

Fans have suggested that Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will take over from them after their final show tonight.

Janette Manrara has addressed speculation she could step into the shoes of Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman as the new face of Strictly Come Dancing.

The professional dancer, who joined the programme in 2013 and currently presents companion show It Takes Two, appeared on BBC Breakfast this morning to discuss tonight’s finale – and faced questioning about her future plans.

Tonight’s episode is expected to be particularly poignant because Tess and Claudia, the two presenters who shocked viewers by announcing their exit in October, will also be honored as this year’s Strictly champions.

Fans have predicted Janette as the front-runner to take Tess and Claudia’s place after this evening’s show because the race is getting worse about who might succeed them.

From the BBC Breakfast studio, Janette paid tribute to the duo before presenter Naga Munchetty questioned whether “she’d thrown her dancing shoes in the ring” for the hosting role.

“That is like the golden ticket to Willy Wonka, you know?” she replied. “Nobody knows. Nobody knows what’s happening.

All I know about this is that all of our producers, including Sarah James, are really, really focused on this series, these contestants, saying goodbye to Tess and Claudia, and that the finalists are just having the best, best night right now.

When pressed by Naga, she continued: “I will say that. Who doesn’t want that job? It’s the best job if you work in entertainment, if you love warm, happy, family, fun, entertainment. I think it’s the best job in the world that anybody would love to have.”

When co-presenter Charlie Stayt asked her to confirm whether she fancied the role or not, Janette laughed that he was “putting words in her mouth” and she could “see what he’s doing”.

She jokingly responded, “I don’t want the job, I don’t want it.” You know how to do that, but It Takes Two has done so much for me.

Being a professional dancer on the show, I have to say, it’s very difficult to leave and do other things, and it’s really amazing that I have the opportunity to host It Takes Two and, of course, Morning Live.

I still feel the consequences of it. So, if I get it, there will be a lot of party!

Who will win the coveted glitterball trophy as champion of the 2025 series will be revealed to Janette and the rest of the Strictly crew one more time this evening as they make their way to the Elstree Studios.

Football ace Karen Carney, Love Island and West End sensation Amber Davies, and internet personality and podcaster George Clarke will be battling for the win. The contestants will perform three final routines. They will each re-perform two previous dances – one selected by them and one by the judges – as well as a final, showstopping dance to win over those crucial votes.

Tess and Claudia will make the announcement live.

Bonnie Blue made her feelings on Andrew Tate very clear after filming with him

https://i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk/incoming/article35409850.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/1_JS370031064_Main.jpg

After producing a podcast with Andrew Tate, Bonnie Blue admitted how she felt.

Controversial adult entertainer Bonnie Blue opened up about her views on Andrew Tate, who’s making his return to combat sports. The self-proclaimed “king of toxic masculinity” and ex-professional kickboxer, who built an impressive record of 76 victories and just nine defeats, is stepping back into the ring on Saturday night to take on a reality TV star in a clash billed as “The Fight Before Christmas”.

The contentious 39-year-old internet figure will go toe-to-toe with reigning champion Chase DeMoor for the Misfits Boxing heavyweight crown in Dubai, with the main event anticipated to begin around 10pm GMT. While Tate and provocative performer Bonnie – whose real name is Tia Billinger – might seem an odd combination, the unexpected pair met back in June whilst appearing on Rob Moore’s Disruptor’s podcast.

In the wacky exchange, misogynistic Tate suggested that women would readily sleep with enemy soldiers in the event of World War Three. Bonnie, 26, shocked the audience by saying, “I would have f****d Hitler survive.” “

The former content creator then argued that Tate’s extreme sexual behavior, including her notoriously 24-hour sleeping pattern with 1,057 men, was a “clear example of how to be empowered.” She resolutely said, “I use my body, I do what I want when I want.” “

Bonnie, who was expelled from Indonesia earlier this month after recording racy content with tourists in Bali, expressed no regrets about the meeting and shared her thoughts on Tate.

She told the Daily Star, “I actually don’t regret doing the podcast.” He turned up early for the podcast, shook my hand, and offered me a drink, knowing that everyone has their own experiences with people.

He said, “Let me know if there is anything I ask you don’t want or don’t feel comfortable with,” and I thought it was just polite. He and I had a positive encounter, really.

Bonnie remarked, “Andrew obviously gets a lot of bad press, but I also do.” Prosecutors in the UK confirmed 21 charges in May that will apply when Tate and his brother Tristan return to the country, including actual bodily harm, controlling prostitution for profit, human trafficking, and rape.

She continued, “When I first told my dad that I was going to interview Andrew Tate, he said, “Oh, I’m not doing that with that guy, I’ve seen him online, I’ve seen his clips, and what the news says about him. ‘”.

And I said, “Dad, imagine if you didn’t know me and someone said they were coming to meet me,” and I would probably say the same thing. However, you are aware that I am not who I am online because you know me and know those things aren’t true. ‘

JoJo Siwa wants a ring from Chris Hughes as they make first Christmas together

https://i2-prod.ok.co.uk/incoming/article36387258.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/1_Dancers-Against-Cancers-2025-Gala-Of-The-Stars.jpg

After meeting on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, former Dance Moms star Jojo Siwa has come to terms with her desire to develop a closer relationship with Love Island’s Chris Hughes.

After only dating for eight months, Jojo Siwa has admitted to already thinking about marriage with Chris Hughes. The pair are set to celebrate their first Christmas together.

As the festive period goes on, the Celebrity Big Brother star has said she already knows little details she wants to include in a wedding to Chris and suggested she wants a ring for Christmas, but Chris has said a proposal is not happening this holiday season.

Jojo was asked if she wanted a diamond for Christmas when she was interviewed and said her eyes “light up.” She then admitted that she was already familiar with the playlist’s theme and music.

“I do know that I want it to have a baby-blue colour scheme and I need to help Chris make the playlist,” Jojo told The Sun. “Otherwise, it’ll be all songs I don’t know!” She cited The 1975 and said she would want to include NSYNC and Backstreet Boys.

She went on to say that she even asked Chris for “a ring” for Christmas because Jojo asked him what he wanted under the tree. He responded, “Really?” ‘. I responded, “A Ring doorbell!”

Jojo more seriously pondered whether she should propose to Chris despite the joke. The former Love Islander responded that she “can’t” because being proposed to would “really make him uncomfortable.” She then asked him what would happen if she gave him a ring. He continued, stating that Jojo would not be getting a wedding ring this year because he felt the holidays weren’t appropriate to propose to him.

He explained that many people get married at Christmas, which they “see on Instagram each year.” He therefore favors making the proposal at a later time when it is less likely. He did not specify when that would occur, but he did say it would occur within the next seven years because “it shouldn’t take you seven years to work out if you want to marry someone.”

This conversation came only eight months in the couple’s relationship. They met whilst appearing on Celebrity Big Brother together. At the time, Jojo was in a relationship with Kath Ebbs and identified publicly as a lesbian. As such, her break up with Kath and her later relationship with Chris led to a lot of speculation and conversation online.

Jojo, however, stated after Celebrity Big Brother that she felt “pressured” to label herself as a lesbian. The 22-year-old resolutely denied that she had ever cheated on Kath and that she still identifies as queer.

She told the Daily Mail : “When I came out at 17, I said: ‘I’m pansexual, because I don’t care [about gender].’ But then I kind of boxed myself in and I said: ‘I’m a lesbian.’ And I think I did that because of pressure.”
