Seven weeks after firing the former Italy defender, Monza have reappointed Alessandro Nesta as manager.
Salvatore Bocchetti was appointed as the legendary centre-back by the Italian club in December, but Salvatore Bocchetti was fired as the ex-Hellas Verona coach after Lazio lost 5-1 on Sunday, leaving them eight points away from serie A safety.
Bocchetti, 38, won one and lost six of his seven league games in charge.
Nesta took over as Monza manager in July after taking his first managerial position in Serie A.
