Mel C looks stunning in a bright orange midi dress as she attends The Best Of The West End musical at the Royal Albert Hall
She shot to fame as Sporty Spice in the Spice Girls.
And Mel C ditched her high pony and joggers in exchange for a chic bright orange dress as she attended The Best Of The West End Musical at the Royal Albert Hall on Wednesday.
The Wannabe hitmaker, 47, looked stunning in the bold midi dress, which featured a white polo neck style neckline, cuffed short sleeves and a split at the back.
Mel wore her soft brown balayage tresses in subtle waves that sat on top of her shoulders and sported a natural make-up palette for the event.
She stepped out in the sleek number, which highlighted her slim figure and showed off her edgy tattoos.
The star headed out in a pair of on-trend clear perspex heels with a silver back and carried her essentials in a matching crimson purse.
Although she arrived at the event alone, Mel was in good company on the West End, being joined by the likes of Michelle Heaton, Kristina Rihanoff and Tallia Storm.
A star-studded list of celebrities attended the charity event, which aims to raise money for Acting For Others who provided financial and emotional support to all theatre workers during the Covid-19 crisis.
West End actors ITV Superstar winner Ben Forster, Bad Education’s Layton Williams and I’m A Celebrity’s Ruthie Henshall, among others, took to the stage for the one-night-only event at The Royal Albert Hall on Wednesday evening.
Mel’s theatre trip comes after she teased that a full Spice Girls reunion could take place as soon as ‘the world allows’.
Appearing on Wednesday’s installment of Lorraine, Sporty Spice revealed that Victoria Beckham, 47, ‘would love to do Glastonbury’ and admitted that they ‘constantly talk about’ reuniting.
Speaking to Ranvir Singh, Mel confessed that doing the legends’ slot on the iconic Pyramid stage next year is ‘the dream.’
Mel admitted: ‘When we did the stadium shows in 2019, we were blown away by how much love there still is for the Spice Girls and how it did affect a huge amount of people, a young generation, so positively.’
When Ranvir suggested the band could reunite to perform at Glastonbury, taking the legends’ slot, the singer enthused: ‘Oh my god that’s the dream.’
‘All of you?’ asked the host, to which Mel replied: ‘Between you and I, I know Mrs Beckham would love to do Glastonbury!
‘It’s been rumoured a lot, but we do constantly talk about getting back on stage because the shows in 2019 were incredible. We’d love to do it again – once the world allows and we can do it safely.’
