Maura Higgins revealed that she has purchased the impressive kitchen in her dream home.
The 34-year-old Love Island star gave her fans a round-the-world look back at the most memorable days of her life. She and TOWIE’s Pete Wicks have a great relationship and have a great year since returning to the big screen with her role in I’m A Celebrity. In her personal life, Maura has also made a series of huge achievements.
She purchased a luxurious £60k Porsche and moved into her dream home. As she showcased her stunning kitchen, which had a huge island and waterfall chandelier, Maura gave viewers a firsthand look at her home. It has a large bifold door opening out into the garden and grey and cream cabinets with black worktops.
Alongside the snap, Maura said: “Bought my dream home”. She also shared her other highlight, which was buying her Porsche. A large red bow on top of her new car was displayed on a photo posted by Maura. After her previous car “went up in flames,” the TV star revealed the decision.
Maura’s Porsche Macan can cost anywhere between £60k and £98k. She gushed, “My baby has finally arrived,” when she unveiled her new vehicle in November. Since moving back to the UK after spending time in the Australian jungle, Maura and Pete have since forged a lasting bond.
After first sputtering rumors of a romance in August, they start to fall in love. Their romance endured a near-imminent setback: rumors that Pete had grown romantically involved with Jowita Przysta, 30, who reportedly sparked fears that the fabled Strictly Curse might force him to break up with Maura.
The couple has been soaking themselves in luxury ever since reuniting, and their relationship has grown closer than ever. They visited the four-star Glasson Lakehouse Spa &, Golf Club in Glasson, County Westmeath during the Christmas holiday season while staying together in Maura’s native Ireland.
After returning home from England, the couple decamped to Pete’s hometown of Essex, where they had a lavish meal at Sheesh, a reality TV haunt. Then they made the trip to the Cotswolds to check out Soho Farm House, an A-List country retreat that is home to famous faces like Meghan Markle and David and Victoria Beckham.
Maura shared a video of a crackling fire on her social media platforms, adding a caption stating: “Checked into the Farm” and adding a soundtrack of Nat King Cole’s Let’s Fall In Love. A large chandelier hung above her bed, as seen in additional Instagram photos, and she was watching The Grinch while she was in bed.
Maura admitted to slipping up while on This Morning as a result of her feelings for Pete while attending the I’m A Celebrity camp. She said: “You do forget about the cameras, and I do like to keep things private. But let’s be real, I said it. I can’t remember saying it, but I said the words ‘ I miss him’. I do miss him, like I missed all my friends and family. Honestly, he’s been so supportive, honestly. I didn’t know if he was still in Strictly and I’m so proud of him, he’s proud of me, and I can’t wait to see him when I get back”.
