Maura Higgins reveals true feelings for Curtis Pritchard as he enters Love Island All Stars

As Curtis Prichard returns to the show, former Love Island star Maura Higgins has revealed the truth about her former relationship.

The pair continued to communicate for eight months before moving to the Mallorcan villa as an item. Despite appearing strong, the two ended their relationship, with Irish Maura now heavily linked to former TOWIE star Pete Wicks.

Meanwhile, Curtis is hoping to find a match for himself in the South African setting of the popular ITV dating show’s All Star version. And Maura has revealed her feelings for her ex-girlfriend before he makes his entrance.

Speaking to The Sunday Times, Maura exclaimed her and Curtis ‘ romance wasn’t a true passion. “You’re in this confined space and maybe you think you like someone that you probably wouldn’t on the outside”, she confessed.

When Curtis re-enters the show, she is reportedly “worried” that she might keep a number of secrets about their time together. A source told The Sun before the full lineup was announced that “Curtis signing for All Stars is more than awkward for Maura as she begins to fall in love with Pete and they’ve finally shared their love.”

” Her break-up with Curtis wasn’t the best and Maura always worried he’d be the ex that could blab. She hopes to expand her I’m A Celebrity profile and advance her career, which is also less than ideal.

Curtis recently made an open letter to the Mirror about the brutal dump of Amy Hart, which included her and Maura in season five. After refusing to continue her journey, blonde Amy decided to leave the villa. He said:” I think with that whole Amy situation, there’s a Casa Amor bit that we may all be forgetting about.

“You’re not able to talk to your other half there, so it changes the reality of things ever so slightly. When that Casa Amor incident occurred, I wanted to be able to talk to Amy and let her know that Amy wasn’t Amy. There isn’t much I could learn or change from that, really, because you can’t do that in that circumstance. It’s a bit of a tricky one there. I feel like I’m normally – touch wood – very respectful. I try to be anyway”.

Fans will also see a number of former Love Island favorites enter the villa along with Curtis. Marcel Somerville, Luca Bish, Nas Majeed, and India Reynolds complete the lineup as they attempt to find their happy ever-after story after asking for it again.
