Love Island star Cara De La Hoyde turns heads in racy lingerie sets as she prepares for Valentine’s Day
Cara De Le Hoyde sent temperatures soaring on Tuesday when she slipped into lingerie for a sizzling video she shared ahead of Valentine’s Day.
The former Love Island star, 32, wowed in a red lace number as she stared seductively at the camera.
The TV personality then turned up the heat as she changed into a pink bodysuit and flashed her bottom.
The garment featured an embroidered floral detail while Cara also showed off her collection of tattoos.
Keeping it natural, Cara went for a very light palette of make up and left her dark tresses in a straight style.
Striking a series of playful poses, the star encouraged her 1.1M Instagram followers to ‘spice things up’ as she shared the advertisement for Love Honey.
She wrote: ‘If you’re looking to spice things up this Valentine’s or even just give yourself some ‘self-love’ then check out @lovehoneylingerie the biggest and best online retailer for sex toys & lingerie.
‘I love these cute Valentine’s Day sets they’ve just launched.
Meanwhile, the mother-of-two has previously spoken out about body positivity in the past as she encourages others to feel comfortable in their skin.
Cara shared a body positive image of herself wearing sexy red lingerie on Instagram.
She looked incredible in the picture, with red lipstick adding some glamour to her look and captioned the image with some emotive words about how she was embracing her curves.
She wrote: ‘This is me #nofilter ✌. It’s taken a long time to accept my body and how much it has changed after 2 babies & now breast feeding one.
‘Things might not be as tight and stay where it used to but I’m cutting myself some slack.
‘Women are amazing and so are our bodies I’ve created & grown two amazing children & now I’ve kept one alive for the last 2 months purely on milk produced from it.’
She continued: ‘So let’s love our bodies & @primark underwear helps me feel sexy & strong #iworkwithprimark #ad.’
The reality star shared the snap from her Essex home which she shares with her Love Island partner, Nathan Massey, 30.
The couple won the second season and the pair went on to wed in 2019 and have two children – Freddie, 5, and Delilah, 2.
They discovered they were expecting their first child nine months after winning the show, but decided to go their separate ways shortly after.
Nathan blamed their brief split on himself, as he revealed he got caught up on the wild party lifestyle after coming out of the villa and admitted he should have taken more time to cultivate his relationship with Cara.
He said: ‘We split up nine months in, I take responsibility, I got caught into the whirlwind of being a party boy.’
While Cara mused: ‘We split up just after I find out I was pregnant. We went to all the scans together and we spent a lot of time together. Splitting up is the best thing that could have happened to us.’
Nathan took Cara back to the villa where they first met in order to propose to her, as he admitted it was a costly experience in order to make the moment special.
He said: ‘It cost me an arm and a leg, but you’re only going to do it once hopefully!’
It comes after Cara claimed she’s not ‘pretty’ enough to appear on Love Island now and warns future stars to expect more trolling than her generation.
The former Islander has given up watching the show after being made to feel inadequate by the stars of more recent series.
In an exclusive interview, Cara admitted she only went in the TV villa to avoid paying rent for six weeks, while contestants today have preconceived ideas and face ‘horrible trolling.
Cara told MailOnline: ‘I’ll be honest I don’t really watch Love Island anymore because the people on there, they’re just so pretty and everything and it just stresses me out watching these girls walk around and I think “I don’t look like that anymore.”
‘I think it’s a really difficult thing to go into now and I’ll be honest I don’t think I would want to go into Love Island now. It’s too big of an industry now for me. It would stress me out too much.
‘With Nathan and I and the earlier series it was all about love – we had no expectations of what Love Island was.
‘I went in there because I didn’t want to pay rent for six weeks! I thought I’ll go in there, I’m a little bit of a weirdo and nobody is going to fancy me and I fell in love and met my husband!
‘Nathan and I are really lucky, we have never really been trolled or had any horrible people comment stuff but the amount of stress these lot get now, it’s crazy.
‘I’m not saying some of them don’t bring it on themselves because I reckon some of them do but the pressure now is crazy, especially for couples to stay together after the show.
‘Camilla and Jamie, Jess and Dom, those early series, there was a lot less pressure on people to stay together so relationships were more nature.
‘I really don’t envy them. Back then it was all about love and now it’s a bit more of a holiday…’
