‘Lonely’ Lauren Goodger makes U-turn on surgery plans after delaying procedure

Lauren Goodger, the only way to get rid of two previous operations, has previously expressed her desire to have them reversed, but she’s previously expressed worry about having to have more procedures.

Reality TV star Lauren Goodger has shared an update after previously revealing that she was feeling anxious over the prospect of having more surgery. She’s been open about wanting to reverse two cosmetic procedures in the past.

Lauren, now 38, had a ‘boob job’ over a decade ago and later she underwent a ‘Brazilian butt lift’ (BBL) in 2017. She’s since expressed interest in reversing them but has shared anxiety over the prospect of “leaving” her daughter Larose, three, whose father is Lauren’s ex-partner Charles Drury.

The Only Way Is Essex star has now shared an update, teasing that she plans to have the two procedures reversed this year. She revealed that she “delayed” getting her breast implants taken out but will feel “so much better” after it.

She told the Daily Mail recently: “I was terrified [of getting it done] which is what I’m working on, I’m working on that.” Lauren said that she had “delayed it for a year,” adding that she had been meant to have her implants taken out already.

The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate said that she wants the breast implants out because that will “transform her”. She explained that it’s not about her weight, saying that it’s “more” about her “boobs and bum”. She said that she will “feel and look so much better” if she can “get rid of them”.

She explained to the outlet, “I look so much bigger than I am because I can look a lot bigger and if they were gone, I would look much more proportionally.” She also mentioned that she had a large bum and ginormous boobs. According to Lauren, it’s not worth it and needs to be “the surgically enhanced assets” removed.

Lauren also acknowledged that she was “so lonely.” She claimed she struggled without a “little best friend” despite being appreciative of having her. “I haven’t got anyone to lean on,” I feel really sorry for. My family and I don’t have a good relationship,… She said, “I deal with everyone on my own, and I’m really lonely.”

Speaking to OK! magazine last year, Lauren said that she didn’t want “anything fake” in her body. She went on to tell the outlet that her boobs didn’t look the same anymore but that she was concerned about reversing the surgery.

She said, “They’ve dropped, they’re absolutely massive, and they make me look bigger.” Although it was revealed in the November article that Lauren was considering having surgery to address her concerns, she admitted to being “terrified” about it.

Lauren expressed hope that Larose, her daughter, won’t ever undergo the procedure while we were talking about her BBL. She expressed her desire for her child to remain the same when she reaches adulthood, including changing her hair color.

The TOWIE cast member then described her new lifestyle as being unlike any other in more than two years. She added that she smokes, drinks, and consumes caffeine, and that she only has Botox three times per year. She stated in the interview that all she wants to do is feel better and happier.

Lauren told Closer magazine last year that she was experiencing pain as a result of past cosmetic surgery and now desired to “go back to natural”. She however told the outlet that she was feeling anxiety over the idea of more surgery.

She said, “My bum and boobs make me look bigger and hurt me.” I want to go back to being natural and change everything. She later stated, “I’m always looking at surgeons and if I could, I would get it all taken out today, but the thought of leaving Larose just makes me anxious.”
