Liam Payne toxicology report uncovers devastating detail about his final struggle

Experts share a devastating find about Liam Payne’s final moments in a toxicology report that has revealed more about his final moments.
The One Direction singer slammed from a balcony at the Buenos Aires, Argentine, hotel on October 16 to pass away.
The judge in the case is currently considering charges against two hotel employees, including the receptionist head, who called emergency services after becoming concerned about the popstar’s behavior.
In addition to this, three other people are expected to be detained this month, including two people who are accused of using Liam drugs to serve a person and another who is accused of abandoning a person after being put to death.
On November 7, a report from the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office determined that traces of “alcohol, cocaine and prescription antidepressants” had been found in Liam’s system. Additionally, officials stated that “he did not know what he was doing and could not understand it,” and that suicide was against the law.

According to the report, the father-of-one, whose tragic death has been linked to a substance-induced “psychotic episode”, “did not adopt a reflexive posture to protect himself in the fall, so that, for the moment, it can be inferred that he may have fallen in a state of semi- or total unconsciousness”.
Therefore, it was determined that at the time of his fall, Liam wasn’t fully conscious or was “in a state of discernible decline or abolition of consciousness” in any way. According to the investigators, “for the prosecution, this circumstance would also rule out the possibility of a victim performing a conscious or voluntary act because he did not know what he was doing and could not comprehend it.”
The judge is now considering charges against two workers, including the receptionist head, who called two 911 calls at the time of Liam’s death and who still work at the CasaSur, according to new documents obtained by Rolling Stone.
As the investigation progresses, the judge has now asked all suspects to answer questions. A new filing made Monday, December 9, lists the CasaSur Palermo employees as “imputados”, or “people charged”, with the document requesting that they be notified. However, the accusations they face have not been specified.

The second hotel employee has been appointed as the head of security, according to respected Argentinian news website Infobae. Additionally, the publication reported that investigating judge Laura Bruniard had instructed the two men to designate a defense attorney so that she could formally question them under the oath. Bruniard is now leading the investigation after prosecutors successfully appealed her decision to withdraw from the inquiry due to a technicality.
The hotel employees will show up in court on December 19 at 10 and 11 a.m. The notice states that “we request that the following individuals provide a statement because there is sufficient evidence that they have participated in the investigated act.”
According to the Buenos Aires system, after the interrogation, the judge must determine whether the defendants should be further prosecuted, dropped from the case, or if there isn’t evidentiary support for either decision.

Before staff arrived, Liam appeared appearibly drunk and caused a disturbance in the hotel lobby on the day of his death. The singer reportedly resisted being locked in his room, telling staff he would use the balcony to get away from confinement.
Emergency services were called a few minutes later after employees allegedly called a master key to lock Liam’s room. Explaining that the 1D star was in a room with a balcony, the employee expressed concerns that he might try to flee, stating: “I don’t know whether his life may be in danger. He is in a room with a balcony, and, well, we’re a little afraid”.
Shortly before Liam’s fatal fall, a trio of men were pictured transporting him to his room by the caller. The staff’s behavior and their decision to not leave Liam in the lobby while they waited for assistance both caused concern with this image.
Once Liam was left alone in his room, he apparently attempted to escape via the balcony, with terrible consequences. A bag still resting over Liam’s shoulder, which was discovered in an internal courtyard, was discovered underneath his body, which suggested he might have been leaving his suite. When the singer was moved from the lobby to his room, the bag was missing.
An autopsy ruled that Liam died instantly, having suffered “multiple traumatic injuries” following his fall, which subsequently led to “internal and external haemorrhage”.
