Liam Gallagher given permission to build tranquil garden room at his £4m London home

A tranquil garden room for his home has been granted permission.

However, he is forbidden from snoozing among the flowers and trees. The music legend can now enjoy the tranquility of the property’s bottom where he can listen to the songbirds at the back of his garden.

In a wealthy suburb of north London, The Oasis rocker owns a £4 million fake Tudor mansion that faces woods.

According to planners, “The outbuilding approved shall not be occupied other than for purposes incidental to residential use.” For the avoidance of doubt, the structure shall not be used for sleeping-related needs that one would anticipate being accommodated in the main residence.

They add that the goal is to “make sure that the development does not adversely affect the character of the neighborhood and the amenities of adjacent residential properties.” “The garden room that is hereby approved is constructed using “small diameter piles.” In order to promote visual appeal, the new structure must also protect nearby trees.

The star submitted plans to Haringey Council for a “glazed garden room” that would be two times as big as the current structure.

As he prepares for the long-awaited Oasis reunion next year, it will sit in a shaded area among mature trees and offer him peace and tranquility.

The Mirror reported earlier this year that Liam is also building a wall on the property. He is creating a more secure boundary by replacing a wooden fence and gates. The metre-high brick wall will be constructed by contractors, along with metal security gates.
