Leicester Boss Van Nistelrooy Handed Man Utd Return In FA Cup (Full Fixtures)
In the fourth round of the FA Cup, Leicester will face former Leicester striker Ruud van Nistelrooy at Old Trafford.
Van Nistelrooy served as United’s assistant from the beginning of the season before being replaced as interim boss following the Dutchman’s dismissal.
He took over as Ten Hag’s permanent replacement after Ruben Amorim left Old Trafford and later assumed control of Leicester.
Van Nistelrooy, who scored in United’s 2004 FA Cup final win against Millwall, is fighting to lift Leicester out of the Premier League relegation zone.
Before joining Real Madrid in 2006, the 48-year-old played for United for five years.
