Kelsey Parker reveals heartbreaking reason for finding love after Tom’s death

After her husband Tom Parker passed away, Kelly Parker has spoken out about finding love.

Tragically, Tom passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 33, after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. The Wanted singer and Kelsey, who tied the knot in 2018 had two children together, Aurelia Rose and Bodhi Thomas.

Kelsey has been open about her grieving process and the difficulties of moving forward in the years that followed her husband’s passing. She announced her pregnancy after breaking up with a new partner and declaring that while the news is “bittersweet,” she enjoys the joys of moving forward in life.

Kelsey has also addressed criticism for her decision to rekindle her love and start expanding her family, stressing that her children deserve happiness and that she has the right to pursue her own interests. She cited societal biases that govern how people perceive grieving, noting that men frequently receive praise for moving on while women are subject to criticism.

In an interview with The Sun, Kelsey shared that, ultimately, everyone wants to find happiness. At the age of 19, she and Tom hoped to spend their entire lives together. Responding to criticism, she made it clear that she honoured her vows, staying by his side through both health and illness.

Kelsey told The publication: “However, I also vowed til death us do part. He has died. It sounds harsh but I’ve got to accept no matter how much I wish it was different, he’s not coming back. I would if I could bring him back, spend the rest of my life with him, have my two children, and have more children with him. She claimed to have taken care of him while he was ill. She would have taken any specific action if he had instructed her to help him.

“He was my life, my partner and my soulmate but that’s not happened for me. While it’s been difficult for me, it’s horrible for Will too. He is getting ready to become a father because this is his first child. I’ve already had this experience. She continued, “I think people are stealing Will’s enthusiasm.”

Kelsey and her partner Will last month revealed that they were expecting their first child together. Speaking previously about her pregnancy, Kelsey told the Mirror: “Tom and I always said we wanted four – but life had other plans. So yes, this is amazing but also bittersweet. The joys of finding out I’m pregnant and moving forward with my life, while thinking, ‘ My life could have been so different. ‘ I’ve experienced every emotion possible. I’m still getting my head around it but I’m so excited. And I know I’m putting myself out there, telling people. Simply put, I want everyone to experience the same happiness.
