Katie Price’s neighbours have become increasingly concerned in recent weeks.
The former glamour model is no stranger when it comes to controversy and has been forced to leave her once lavish mansion, Mucky Mansion, due to growing debts. The star, 46, was forced out of her £2 million home and has since moved into a new home which she rents for an eye-watering £5,000 per month.
Having been declared bankrupt for the second time last year, Katie’s Mucky Mansion was sold in December for just £1. 5 million in order to pay off her debts. Now, those who live close to her new home have expressed concerns after noticing signs around her home and believe she has fallen into old habits.
Images show that her driveway has been littered with waste bags and wheelie bins overflowing with rubbish. Dozens of bin bags had been scattered across Katie’s driveway, which was also filled with a string of cars, including her black Nissan which she recently expressed her joy of being able to sign for.
Elsewhere, images showed litter gathering behind Katie’s faces, with her wheelchair, which she used after breaking both of her feet after a fall in Turkey was seen amongst the rubbish. It also appeared that large concrete-looking ornamental bollards had been knocked over amidst the litter. The MailOnline reports that Katie’s neighbours have become concerned after noticing the litter starting to gather.
Last year, before she left Mucky Mansion, sources told that Katie was excited to turn her back on Mucky Mansion and start a fresh at a new home. They told The Sun: “Katie has been dreading this day for so long but now it is here, she can’t wait to leave. The house has caused her so much grief and was too much to handle on her own. With work and the kids it all became too much in recent years. And she’s convinced it’s haunted. “

Meanwhile, Katie said: “I absolutely hate the Mucky Mansion, even how it’s been called the Mucky Mansion because of all the stuff that happened there before. I can’t wait to get out of that house I’ve had nothing but bad memories in that house for nine years. I hate the Mucky Mansion, I never want to see it again and I can’t wait to move into my new place, I am so excited. New beginnings, new start, reset button, I love it.
“But don’t worry, I’ll be featuring my new house on my YouTube channel when I get the keys and welcoming you to my new house, I can’t wait, I just want to get rid of all the bad stuff in the past and have a fresh start. Although I would love a big caravan, it wouldn’t fit us all in so it’s definitely not a caravan I’m moving into. “
Due to her ongoing financial woes and criminal convictions involving driving, Katie recently revealed she was given a six-figure sum when she attempted to take out car insurance. Katie revealed her dodgy driving history means insurance companies are hesitant to take a chance on her but she still qualifies for car rental. “No insurance company will ensure me, they want £150,000 down, and £8,000 a month,” Katie admitted on Rob Moore’s Disruptors podcast.
Katie’s rep couldn’t immediately be approached for comment.
