Media personality Katie Price has heartbreakingly admitted she doesn’t think she will live a very long life.
The mum-of-five, who has been open about her struggles with mental health, recently underwent another nose job but has now sworn off further facial surgery until she turns 70 – a milestone birthday she doesn’t actually think she’ll reach.
Katie is no stranger to going under the knife in a bid to change her appearance and admits she has put her body through countless surgeries since rising to fame almost three decades ago. The 46-year-old has previously admitted to having body dysmorphia and heartbreakingly said “I feel so ugly” during a TV interview in 2023.
But speaking in a new interview, Katie shares she is finally “happy” with her face. “I’m not scared of ageing – although I don’t think I will make it to be an old lady. And for the first time, I am happy with my face,” she admits. “No more facial surgery – well, not unless I make it to 70.”

The two-time I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star went on to reveal she doesn’t have mirrors in her home as she doesn’t like catching a glimpse of her reflection. She told the The Sun: “I don’t like looking at myself. I don’t think I’m pretty, I certainly don’t think I’m beautiful. I look at old photos of myself and think: ‘Urrrgh!’”
Katie has previously been begged multiple times by her mum, sister and past partners to quit her surgery obsession but the star, who is currently dating Married At First Sight star JJ Slater, has struggled to beat her body dysmorphia demons and is sadly still insecure about her appearance and showing signs of ageing.
Speaking in 2023, Katie admitted she often “feels ugly” despite going under the knife multiple times. The former glamour model, who first had a boob job as a teenager, argued the age of consent for surgery should be raised from 18 to 21 as she opened up about her self-esteem issues on The Jeremy Vine Show.
Katie spoke honestly and candidly during her cameo on the Channel 5 news programme – admitting she regrets going under the knife for the first time at the age of 18. As Jeremy and his co-stars grilled her about her life choices, Katie admitted she fears for young girls having filler in their face so young and regrets having her first boob job so young.
The star confessed she believes she has ‘surgery face’ in March 2023 thanks to going too far with her recent procedures, but admitted she wouldn’t complain as “I’ve done this too myself”. “It’s a fact I’ve had more boob jobs than I’ve slept with men – there’s not many women at my age who can say they haven’t had that many men,” she broadcasted while sitting on the panel show.
Katie continued to admit she “actually doesn’t know” how many boob jobs she’s actually had, before being asked when she is happiest with her image. “Never,” the star bluntly replied. “When we were in the makeup room, I looked in the mirror and thought ‘I am so ugly’. I now look in the mirror and think ‘Ahhh no more on the face’ because you get that surgery ‘look’ and I’ve got that!!”
The star added how she won’t complain as “I’ve done that to myself” but admitted she think 18 is too young to have a cosmetic procedure. “I started my career when they had no airbrushing and it wasn’t how [it is now],” she recalled, before adding how the age of consent for surgery should be 21 and above.
