Kate Hudson bares skin in tiny mint green crop top and matching leggings for intense pole workout

Kate Hudson bared some skin in pictures she shared on Tuesday evening from her recent workout with a pole.

The 43-year-old actress donned a mint green crop top and matching sweatpants that were hastily scrunched up to reveal her toned legs.

Her appearance on social media came after she revealed she was branching out and launching a singing career with a new album on the way.

She pulled her blonde hair back in a long ponytail as she hit a number of different different poses with a metal and wood pole.

In the first snap, Kate laid back on a mat while her hair collected in a pool behind her head. 

The Almost Famous star put her hands behind her back and grabbed on to the pole in the next photo while arching her tanned back. 

She leaned forward on the moveable pole, pushing her chest out before putting a knee down and kicking her right leg high in the air. 

Hudson also showed off a number of the supplements and products she uses to enhance her workout. 

The last photo showed her exhausted face as she hydrated with a drink of water out of small mason jar.

Kate’s workout video came about a week after she announced she would be pursuing a singing career.

While speaking with E! News on the Critics’ Choice Awards red carpet earlier this month, she said, ‘I’ve got 26 songs. We’re dwindling them down.’

The beauty has closely been associated with the music world: she played a groupie in Almost Famous, sang a song in the movie Nine, was married to singer Chris Robinson and engaged to rocker Matt Bellamy. 

‘It’s just been a great, creative, completely immersive experience for me and something I had to get out and I’m getting it out!’ she gushed.

Kate, who’s teased her musical talent in the past, added, ‘We’ll see what happens.’

The daughter of entertainment legend Goldie Hawn first shared her plans to pursue music last December while visiting The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

‘I love to sing,’ Kate told Jimmy before revealing with a giggle, ‘I just feel weird saying it — I’ve been making a record.’

The blonde beauty continued, ‘I’ve been making a record for like a year.

‘I had this thing in COVID. Every time you’re doing interviews, people are like ”Do you have any regrets?” I’m like ”Oh, I’m early 40s. Not yet.” 

‘But during COVID I was like, “What am I doing? I’ve been writing music since I was 19. And I’ve never shared it.” I just thought that would be one of my great regrets,’ she admitted.
