One of West’s diverse real estate portfolios includes the Malibu estate, which is just one of many well-known estates. The father-of-four sold the home before making a $35 million purchase in Beverly Hills in October 2024. The 20, 000-square-foot residence, which is located in the sought-after North Beverly Park neighborhood, has 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. Multiple pools, an entertainment pavilion, and a lot of outdoor space are amenities.

Meanwhile, his sprawling 4,500-acre ranch in Wyoming, once the headquarters for the Yeezy fashion line, was sold for $14 million last year.

The rapper recently received criticism for his “erratic behavior” and racial slurs.

Kanye, also known as Ye, is married to Australian architect Bianca Censori and was previously wed to reality TV star Kim Kardashian. They have four children together: North, 11; Saint, nine; Chicago, seven; and Psalm, five.

Recent reports have fuelled speculation that Kanye and Bianca have unfollowed each other on Instagram, following the star’s recent behaviour.

Meanwhile, Kanye’s social media presence has been marked by a series of controversial posts. On his X (formerly Twitter) account, he has made disturbing comments about people following the Jewish faith and shared shocking claims about his former in-laws, The Kardashians.

He also questioned Beyoncé’s children’s mental abilities and made comments about their conception in more recent interviews. Beyoncé’s family criticized this, which caused a public outcry.

His family members are concerned about these actions. Kim, Kanye’s ex-wife, cited Kanye’s declining mental health and erratic behavior as reasons for their children’s safety. According to recent reports, she is reportedly considering filing a lawsuit to protect their children.

“Kim wants to underline the point that she has never not allowed Kanye to have the kids and to be their father,” a source told The Sun.

No one is preventing him because he frequently chooses to live in Tokyo. She would prefer for him to take an active interest in raising all four children.
