Grace Jackson’s heated Love Island All Stars feud with Luca Bish has left Joey Essex’s silence.
The Only Way Is Essex actor mentioned his name in a video of his ex-partner talking to Harriet Blackmore. Grace’s apparent upset over her relationship with Luca led co-star Harriett to say that Luca wasn’t Joey like him and that he wouldn’t engage in something he didn’t want to do. Harriet said: “Sorry to say the J word but he ain’t Joey. Do you know what I mean? He’s]Luca] not like that, he wouldn’t entertain something he didn’t want to”.
Joey responded to the situation by sharing a stunned face emoji, which has since received over 2,000 likes.
Before their first trip to Love Island, Grace and Joey had a brief romance while on vacation, but they eventually broke up. When Grace later joined the show, there appeared to be a spark between them again, and they briefly reconnected. However, things changed when Jessy Potts entered as a bombshell and quickly captured Joey’s attention, leaving Grace heartbroken again.
Soon after Love Island was over, Joey and Jessy broke up with each other at the villa. Reuben Collins and Grace eventually connected on the show, but they soon separated, leaving the villa.
Grace and Luca appeared to be getting closer until their recent disagreement, but Grace is currently spending a second chance at love in the All Stars villa. When the bottle landed on Luca and the islanders were asked to perform a task in a recent game, “snog the islander other than your partner who shares your vibe.” Luca chose to kiss Samie Elishi, which left everyone in shock.
Samie had a history with Luca and had previously entered the villa as a bombshell. The two had exchanged DMs before the show, but Samie didn’t reply, causing Luca to unsend the message. Grace, Luca’s partner in the villa, was furious when she saw the kiss and told Luca to “shut the f**k up”. Luca, feeling upset, got up and said, “I’m gone”, before walking away from the situation. After Luca’s exit, the other islanders realized the game was over.
When it was Ekin-Su’s turn in the game, Luca, looking visibly uncomfortable, said: “And then that’s it”, hinting that he wanted the game to come to a close. Elma then said: “No, can we do one more round”? Luca responded: “No”. To which Elma said: “Why”? Harriet then chimed in and said to Ronnie: “He’s fuming”.
Ekin-Su completed her dare, and as soon as she finished, Luca stormed off, saying: “Alright, I’m done, sweet, see you later”. Harriet, noticing Luca already across the garden, yelled: “Luca, where are you going”? Without a response, Lucia continued to walk, leaving Grace hanging in the air.
Grace was upset that he kissed Samie despite asking for her opinion on who to choose instead of Luca, even though he later admitted that she was his top priority. The pair tried to work out their differences, but things turned around when Samie and Luca were forced to end the previous episode in a public coupling, leaving Grace single.
