Jersey Shore star Sammi Giancola pregnant after devastating miscarriage
Jersey Shore’s Sammi Giancola is pregnant with fiancé Justin May’s baby after undergoing IVF treatment.
‘ Sweetheart ‘ Sammi told fans her big news last night, revealing that they had been “keeping a little secret..”.. The excited parents-to-be took to Instagram to share photos of their ultrasound along with an adorable beach shoot with a teddy bear holding balloons alongside Sammi’s announcement to be due in the summer. The caption read: “Baby May Due August 2025”. Sammi also shared her IVF struggles, admitting to “years of infertility”. The phrase was continued in the title:
This is the “absolute greatest blessing we could ever ask for,” says the woman who endured years of infertility. We are so happy to finally be able to tell you all about our little miracle! Our hearts have never been so full of love, we can’t wait to meet you baby”!.
Reality TV co-star, Lauren Sorrentino, commented saying: “My heart is so happy for you both!!! Congratulations”!, Mike Sorrentino also added his “congratulations”!, Jenny Farley shared she was “crying all over again!!! “!, and Justina Valentine typed: “CONGRATS SAMMI!!!!!!! I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!!”!. Jersey Shore royalty, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi gushed for her friends ‘ happy news, adding: “So so so happy for you both!!! You deserve it all my loves!! “!.
Sammi and Justin’s IVF journey was kept secret until their engagement in March of 2024, with only Sammi’s desire to start a family revealed in September of last year. On the latest series, Sammi spoke to Page Six, admitting she wanted to “go through]IVF] on the show, but was so nervous about the whole thing”, adding that she was unsure on what parts to film as it was “just a scary process in general because it’s so personal”.
On a later episode of the reality show in November, Sammi called it a “very long process” where she had taken “a lot of shots” and “a lot of hormones”. She also shared her heartbreaking miscarriage with us before her engagement: “It was a magical moment for me. It’s devastating for me to have that removed. Sammi has been supported by fiancé Justin May throughout her journey, who she described as “positive and uplifting”. Sammi described her future husband as “so special” to her and expressed her gratitude for him. He has remained by my side throughout this entire process. I just love him”, said the Jersey Shore mother-to-be.
At the time of their engagement, ‘ Sweetheart ‘ Sammi said it was “the easiest question]she’d] ever answered” on Instagram. On a post sharing the great news, Sammi captioned pics of her engagement ring, saying: “Happiest &, luckiest girl in the world. I’ll love you]Justin] forever and then some. I’m looking forward to spending the rest of my life with you.
