Jay-Z rape accuser’s lawyer denies blackmail attempt on music star after furious statement

The lawyer who is representing the woman who claims Jay-Z raped her when she was 13 has denied trying to blackmail the singer.

The rapper, who is known as Shawn Carter, 55, and rapper P Diddy are both named in a new lawsuit. The accuser, who has been given a name by legal documents as Jane Doe, claimed the 2000 MTV Music Awards assault took place at a party.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was the first to file a lawsuit against him in New York’s Southern District in October, and it later received Jay-Z. In his denial, Jay-Z claimed that the Jane Doe accuser is attempting to ‘ blackmail ‘ him.

However, Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is representing 120 alleged victims of Sean ‘ Diddy ‘ Combs, has now hit back at the blackmail claims on behalf of the woman.

The attorney claimed to TMZ that Mr. Carter had previously denied bringing legal action against me and my company. He even filed a pseudonym for his obscene case.

He says that my firm sent his lawyer a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim, but that victim never demanded a penny from him in his most recent statement.

“Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation. Mr. Carter has attempted to bully me and this plaintiff because I sent the letter on her behalf. His actions have had the opposite effect. She is emboldened. I’m very proud of her resolve”.

Via the Instagram page of his label, Roc Nation, Jay-Z shared a strongly worded denial to the new allegations, implying that the unnamed woman’s lawyer was an “ambulance chaser” trying to extort him – and that his attempts would fail.

He wrote: “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a” lawyer “named Tony Buzbee. He had anticipated that these allegations’ nature and the prospect of public scrutiny would lead to a settlement.

” No sir, it had the opposite effect! I wanted to make you known for being a fraud in a very public manner. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!! I ask that you file a criminal complaint rather than a civil one because these allegations are so heinous! Would you not agree that a minor who commits such a crime against a minor should be kept a lock?

If that were the case, “these alleged victims would deserve real justice.” This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics. My family is the only source of my heartache. One of my wife’s children, who is at the age of 18, will undoubtedly see the news, be asked about the nature of these claims, and to explain the cruelty and lust of people, is where we will have to sit down.

” I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children shouldn’t have to deal with this when they are young. It is unfair to have to investigate the absurdities of human nature intended to destroy families and the spirit.

“I have no idea how you came to be such a horrible person, Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you that because I’ve seen your kind numerous times, I’m more than capable of dealing with your kind.” You claim to be a marine?! Marines are known for their valor, you have neither honor nor dignity.

True victims everywhere need my heart and support, and this ambulance chaser wearing a cheap suit must watch as their lives are dressed in costume for profit.

“I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who managed to escape Brooklyn’s project. We don’t play these types of games. Our standards for integrity and conduct. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain.

” Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable. I’m eager to let you know how I’m different.

The Texas attorney Tony Buzbee has urged others to report crimes against the rapper and represents 120 of the rapper’s alleged victims in Texas.
