Jay Z branded a bully by lawyer representing alleged victim in rape case

The attorney for the woman who claims Jay Z committed historical rape has labeled him a “bully.”
The 55-year-old 99 Problems singer – whose real name is Shawn Carter – has been accused by a woman, identified as Jane Doe in legal documents, of raping her when she was 13. According to legend, the alleged incident took place in 2000 at a party held following the MTV Video Music Awards.
In her civil lawsuit, the woman claims that Sean ‘ P Diddy ‘ Combs and Carter raped her at the post award-show party. While Combs is currently imprisoned and awaiting trial on a number of charges, all of which he has pleaded not guilty to, Carter has vehemently denied the allegations made against him.
Following the statement denying the allegations, Carter attempted to name the woman in a public place on Monday, calling it “fair is fair” and claiming that his only heartache is with his family. The rap star’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, has since attacked him and claimed Carter tried to sue him when he first started making claims against him.
Regarding the Jay Z case and his efforts to silence my clients, Mr. Carter previously denied being the one who sued me and my firm in a public post on X. He filed his frivolous case under a pseudonym. He omits the fact that he recently stated that his firm had written to his attorney a demand letter for an alleged victim, but that victim never demanded money from him. Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation.
” Since I sent the letter on her behalf, Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but he has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff. His actions have had the opposite effect. She is emboldened. I’m very proud of her resolve. He continued, “We will let the complaint speak for itself and will litigate the facts in court, not in the media.”
Carter is married to pop singer Beyonce Knowles and with whom he shares three children, daughter Blue Ivy, 12, and twins Rumi and Sir, seven. My only heartache is for my family, Carter said in a statement dispelling the accusation made by Jane Doe against him. One of my wife’s children, who is at the age of 18, will undoubtedly see the news, be asked about the nature of these claims, and to explain the cruelty and lust of people, is where we will have to sit down.
“I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children shouldn’t have to deal with this when they are young. It is unfair to have to investigate the absurdities of human nature intended to destroy families and the spirit. Real victims everywhere need my heart and my support, because this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit has to watch their lives being portrayed in costumes for profit.
You’ve made a terrible mistake by assuming that all “promo stars” are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who managed to escape Brooklyn’s project. We don’t play these types of games. Our standards for integrity and conduct. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable. I’m eager to let you know how I’m different.
