Israel kills Lebanese civilians as its army ignores withdrawal deadline

On the day of their supposed withdrawal under the terms of a ceasefire with Hezbollah, Israeli troops opened fire and killed civilians in southern Lebanon. Residents, who are hoping to return home, had earlier seen Israeli forces building roadblocks.
