Israel delays Gaza ceasefire due to captive names not provided

Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, says Hamas won’t be able to declare the names of the Israeli prisoners who will be freed in the first phase of the ceasefire. The delay is claimed by the Palestinian group due to technical reasons.
