‘I’m a dentist – Katie Price risks serious health problem with new Turkey teeth’

A dentist has warned of the dangers the star might face in the quest for the perfect smile while Katie Price insists she hasn’t had her gleaming Turkey teeth examined.

After she unveiled a stunning new smile, Katie Price’s fans are concerned for the former glamour model, who also has been warned by a dentist. In later video that she shared on social media, Katie, the mother-of-five, flashed a stunningly wide smile while out for a Waitrose run on March 17.

The 46-year-old reportedly had reworked her “Turkish teeth,” which she gave herself a few months ago, squeezing in a second facelift and doing nose work while traveling. However, Katie has insisted she hasn’t had her eye-catching pearly whites recently replaced despite having indeed had several sets of veneers in recent years.

Katie continued by suggesting that her teeth may simply appear larger because her “lips were thinner,” saying that “people find anything pick on her.” A specialist has come out about Katie’s frequently discussed Turkey teeth, warning that the actress could have a myriad of issues.

Dr Dalel Trabelsi, dentist and clinical lead at Tooth Club, told the Mirror: “Katie Price’s recent dental transformation has raised concerns, particularly about the size of her veneers and the potential risks involved. Oversized veneers can cause several issues, including bite misalignment, which may lead to discomfort or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and they can also interfere with speech by affecting tongue movement and may irritate the gums, increasing the risk of inflammation or gum disease over time.”

Temporomandibular disorder (TMD) is a condition affecting the movement of the jaw. Symptoms can include pain around your jaw, ear and temple; and clicking, popping or grinding noises when you move your jaw, according to the NHS.

Dr. Trabelsi continued, “Teenager preparation of teeth, such as putting them in stumps to fit veneers or crowns, is particularly worrying because it permanently weakens teeth by removing healthy enamel, making them more prone to decay and sensitivity.

It also can result in complications like infections or the need for root canals, and it also shortens the restoration’s lifespan, necessitating more frequent cleanings on already deficient teeth. There are less intrusive options for those looking for aesthetic enhancements, such as composite bonding for minor corrections or orthodontic treatments like braces or clear aligners to address alignment issues without compromising enamel.

The case of Katie Price highlights the value of treating oral health before aesthetics, and treating cosmetic dentistry with caution to ensure long-term dental health.

Addressing rumours on her Instagram Story, Katie, who has today been cleared of bankruptcy, told her fans: “Well, the topic of this week is all about my teeth, not my weight”. Asserting: “People will find anything to pick on me”, the OnlyFans creator continued: “I don’t know, everyone says my teeth look too big for me. Well, I can assure you, I haven’t had a new set of teeth. It might be because my lips are thinner. I haven’t put anything in them.”

She pondered, “I don’t know, they look the same to me, but you know, people find anything to like me,” she said. The best thing is that I’m content, and that’s all that matters.
