Scarlett Moffatt, the 2024 series’ winner, has issued an urgent warning to the series’ winner.

The former Gogglebox star opened up about the challenges she faced after leaving the show, advising the newcomer to prepare for the sudden shift in focus in an exclusive interview with The Mirror.

Scarlett explained: “I was just on Gogglebox, not many people would come up to me on the street or anything like that, but then when you come out of a show like I’m A Celeb, all of a sudden everyone’s interested in what you’re doing”.

She continued, “I would advise people to make sure they have a strong support network nearby.” Looking back in hindsight, I wish I’d stayed up north. I made the decision to leave I’m A Celeb and say, “This is my job, I’m going to move to London, I’m going to be on TV.”

The winner of I’m A Celeb 2024 has a crucial warning, according to Scarlett Moffatt.

And I should have taken a deep breath and thought, “Hey, this is going to be really crazy, so I need to be around the people who make me the happiest.”

I left everyone and left myself, which I believe really affected me. If I wasn’t at work, filming, or doing something, I was just in my flat alone, and it felt very overwhelming. “

Scarlett emphasised:” I would say to people, make sure they have a good support network around them and take a day off. It gets very busy, they’ve come out, and it’s Christmas. They need to make sure they take days off and enjoy the experience—the bubble doesn’t last long, milk it! “

Following her I’m A Celeb stint, Tulisa addressed her absence from social media. She described how, after being sorely overlooked in the spotlight, she felt “overwhelmed” by the attention in an Instagram post.

The singer, who was eliminated from the jungle earlier this week, said:” I was getting a lot of attention, a lot of bombarding – in all the most positive way, but because it’s been a bit of a while for me, I can get overwhelmed quite easily and I just started to feel a little bit overwhelmed. And I was like, do you know what? I need to just relax for a moment and unwind. This is all just feeling a bit much at the moment, “she said.

She later stated in the same video, “But I just really wanted to explain the reasons why I did that and be honest about how overwhelming I feel.” I’ve had my demons for a long time, but I’ve been largely unfocused and still trying to get past them. It just means I need a little time to process it and get my thoughts straight. I’m not going to hide behind a rock for another ten years. Thank you to ITV and I’m A Celeb for being really understanding. I’m extremely grateful for the love and support I’ve received because my mental health is very important.

The final episode of I’m A Celeb will air on tonight at 9: 00pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
