Fillers and tweakments are commonplace in today’s society, as there’s a lot of pressure to look a certain way.

People praised her for embracing her natural beauty, having her facial filler removed, and embracing some other aesthetic changes when one incredibly well-known influencer had her removed, but others claimed it was a “game-changer” for how she looked.

Melina Halpin, 28, has appeared in the TV show ‘ It’s A Scouse Life, ‘ which is a “reality show following the glamorous lives of a group of young metropolitan Merseysiders as they work hard and play hard in one of Europe’s liveliest cities: Liverpool”.

Melina has always been beautiful and was crowned Miss Cheshire in 2019 and was also a Miss GB finalist – but with the help of Manchester-based Dr Rosh, she was able to tone down her look a little, and Dr Rosh hailed it as a real “transformation” for the bombshell.

Posting a video of “how we started”, Dr Rosh showed Melina with a lot of filler, saying that she was “overfilled” and also had “migrated filler”.

What is migrated filler?

Filler migration, in the eyes of the Aesthetics Hub, refers to the removal of dermal fillers from their intended injection sites. Use of temporary dermal fillers, which are frequently made of hyaluronic acid, to reduce facial lines and restore skin volume. However, migration can occur in various areas of the face, such as the lips, central cheeks, and tear trough region, potentially leading to undesirable aesthetic outcomes.

According to Clinic Dr Dray London, there are a few reasons why filler may migrate:

  • During the initial procedure, a lot of filler was used.
  • the injection technique was incorrect or ineffective according to the technician.
  • Your body reacts to the filler unanticipatedly

What did Melina change?

To prevent her look from becoming too over the top, Melina had her filler “dissolved” and her face “naturally harmonised”.

Fans also noticed that she had switched to warmer tones for her hair instead of lash extensions. One woman commented: “Honestly, it’s the warm hair colour and no lashes that is a game changer for her. Her lips also have a much better shape.

Another added: “She looks youthful and refreshed without the heavy lashes”, with someone agreeing: “Yes!! Many women don’t seem to realize that those long lashes make the eyes sexier and sexier! “!

Some others were not a fan of her lips, saying that they were still “overfilled” in their opinion. Dr Rosh responded: “She had her lips done elsewhere after we dissolved, it’s her personal preference to have them bigger than what I would do”. Others defended her lips, saying they “look good though”.

Make sure you choose a reputable doctor who has a proven track record of delivering these procedures if you’re considering getting filler or Botox. The Save Face tool can assist you in making the best choice possible.
