Gov Umo Eno Dissolves Akwa Ibom Executive Council

The state executive council has been disbanded by Akwa Ibom State governor Umo Eno.

This was disclosed in a statement by the Secretary to the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Eno Uwah, on Friday.

Where there is no permanent secretary, Uwah advised all honorable commissioners and special advisers to hand over to their permanent secretaries or the most senior director.

The governor thanked the retiring Executive Council members for their hard-working service to the state, he continued.

Additionally, it is said that the governor thanked them for their contributions to the development of Akwa Ibom State and wished them well in their future endeavors.
