Holly Hagan, a reality TV star, showed off her weight loss at a Halloween party.

The Geordie Shore star, 32, opted to wear a silver sequin corset and sleek black trousers for the Nuage event held at Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse. Holly, who according OK! magazine was inspired by Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter, topped off her ensemble with a fringed cowboy hat.

It comes after Holly addressed the critical response she had received regarding her postpartum figure by sharing before-and-after photos from her fitness journey on Instagram. Holly, who welcomed her son Alpha-Jax in June last year, stated: “16 months postpartum and 47lb difference… I’ve been grafting my a**e off (literally) to reduce my bbl naturally after gaining weight in pregnancy, and the majority going to my bum. Because I was so unsure what other people would think of my body after my pregnancy, the trolling I received about it led to my stopping from posting content on @teamfittyapp.

Without anyone realizing the danger of a surgery in that area, she continued, “I was constantly encouraged to go and get more surgery to reverse it.” I had to have consistency and patience because I knew it could be lowered with fat loss.

Holly expressed regret over the past and how she was “gutted” that she had never learned how to “get the body I wanted with diet and exercise.” Adding further insight into her fitness regime, she mentioned: “I didn’t know what my body was capable of, and I thought it was the easy way out! (It wasn’t) and has caused me so many issues ever since. I wish I had known how straightforward it was actually.

She mentioned how she currently approaches staying in shape and tracking her steps to match her calorie intake with her physical activities. “My routine includes a few” 20-minute exercise classes done at home. Holly stated in her statement, “All I can do is try to use my experience to help others not make the same mistakes as I did.”

And she told her followers: “I’m hosting two free live webinars over the next few weeks to share my exact three-part process for fat loss, so you’ll never need to be ‘ on a diet ‘ again, and absolutely no foods are off limits! Additionally, I’ll be giving away a ton of freebies to help you out. I make sure that whatever I choose each day fits my goals, and I’d love to show you how. “I eat whatever I like every day.
