Fire at major Russian oil refinery after Ukrainian drone attack

After a Ukrainian drone attack, people were captured attempting to flee a fire at a Russian oil refinery in Ryazan, which is located 200 kilometers southeast of Moscow. The output of the nation’s oil refining industry was accounted for by almost 5% last year.
