Faye Winter gushes over I’m A Celebrity’s ‘Jungle Queen’ Maura Higgins in sweet message
Love Island star Faye Winter paid tribute to the ‘ kindest, funniest, most genuine ‘ woman she’s ever met – Maura Higgins.
With her funny commentary and “sorry father” jokes to Reverend Richard Coles, Maura is a fan favorite on I’m A Celebrity, making viewers’ hearts on fire. During a Q&, A session on Instagram, Faye was asked if she was ‘ proud ‘ of her pal Maura. She responded to the follower by sharing a selfie with the Irish icon.
She wrote: “So proud. What a woman! She’s the kindest, funniest, most genuine, authentic, funny women I’ve ever met. I consider her to be a friend because I’m fortunate to have met her without her. Keep voting all. Jungle Queen”! In the snap, Faye had her arm around Maura’s neck as she pouted for the camera. As she flashed her pearly whites, Maura looked glamorous.
She was also asked ‘ who’s your king of the jungle’. Faye responded, “It was great to do MasterChef with Danny, and we had a great time!” Such a funny, caring down to earth soul”! She also shared her second choice, writing: “Maura because she’s my pride of Britain husband”.
Maura and Faye were allegedly involved in a fight at the National Television Awards last year, according to reports. A room full of guests witnessed the pair being separated during a furious backstage row at the TV awards show, according to reports. During the heated argument, Maura and Faye can be seen jabbing their fingers at one another as Maura is overheard yelling, “Don’t you point your finger at me”! But desperate to show a united front, Faye, 28 also responded to the reports and commented on Maura’s post. She merely stated, “I mean she calls me a silly cow most days, and she ain’t wrong, and I can assure you that no designer shoes were disrespected in the conversation.”
