Debenhams slashes £100 ‘lightweight and comfortable’ Regatta jacket to £30 in January sale

In the winter, everyone needs a reliable jacket to stay warm and dry. Last week, Debenhams launched its extensive sale, offering significant discounts on a variety of fashionable yet practical coats and jackets.

The Regatta Andel III Lightweight Quilted Jacket, which is currently available for purchase for £30, offers a fantastic £70 saving over the traditional £100 price tag. Available in a selection of gorgeous colours like beige, dark pink, navy, and dark green, the coat comes in sizes eight to 20.

It’s marketed as a walking jacket on Debenhams’ website and has water-repellent properties. It’s made of a light polyamide material with a shiny finish. For added comfort, it has an elasticated waist and an adjustable hood to ward off wind and rain.

The jacket also has zippered pockets perfect for stashing essentials like keys, phone, and wallet. The Debenhams website has only one review of the Andel III Lightweight Quilted Jacket at the moment because it is relatively new.

The satisfied customer gave it five stars, saying: “Just what I wanted for a recent trip. This was fantastic for my expectations of sunny and chilly weather. Very lightweight and great for in-between weather conditions. Fit is flattering”.

They did note, however: “A bit confused over the inner pockets not being sewn at the bottom? Otherwise, very pleased with the goods and services.

While the sale is running, Debenhams has the Regatta Andel III Lightweight Quilted Jacket for just £30. There are also a wide selection of Regatta coats and jackets in the Debenhams sale, which have received reduced prices.

For instance, the Romine II Waterproof Parka Jacket has been reduced from its original £120 price to now costing just £35. For those who fancy a snugger fit with less length, Regatta’s Rurie Quilted Jacket currently boasts a 60% discount.

Originally at £100, it’s yours for £40 and carries an impressive customer rating of 4.7 out of five. However, one shopper felt let down, remarking: “Nice warm jacket but let down by the shapeless baggy hem”.

Additionally, Uniqlo has discontinued some of its clothing, such as the Hybrid Down Coat, which retails for £69.90, down from £109.90. Not to be outdone, FatFace has slashed the price of its Maddie Tan Brown Puffer Coat, now £70 down from £110, reports Gloucestershire Live.
