Danny Jones and wife’s relationship ‘fragile’ as she moves back home to work things through

After the McFly star was caught kissing his I’m A Celebrity campmate Maura Higgins, Danny Jones and his wife Georgia are said to be “fragile” but working diligently to rebuild their relationship, they are said to be “fragile” but working toward reconciliation.

The fallout from Danny Jones’ kiss with Maura Higgins continues as the McFly singer desperately tries to save his marriage. Now, after wife Georgia Jones spent time away from the family the couple share with their young son, it’s said she has returned.

However, the relationship is said to remain fragile, with the duo trying to work things through in private. There were reports Georgia had upped sticks and “moved out” of the family home to live with her friend Rose Mahon. But those close to Georgia told the Mirror she wanted to “decompress” after a highly stressful few days, and was always coming home.

A source told us that this wasn’t some grand gesture where she abruptly packed her belongings and left. It was a “just a girlie few nights at a close friend’s apartment.” She did request some space, but she is now at home and they are “trying to work things out” as well.

Another source close to the couple also revealed: “The break has done Georgia a world of good. Being out of the house and with her friend Rose Mahon was what she needed to clear her head. Her relationship with Danny was pushed to breaking point, and they are still trying to work out what they want.”

Musician Danny made headlines for sharing a drunken kiss with Love Island star and his former I’m A Celebrity campmate Maura at a Brit Awards afterparty last month. Danny kept quiet in the week that followed, but later broke his silence on social media.

Taking to Instagram, he said: “Hello everyone, sorry it’s taken me a while to post this but I’ve taken some time out to be with those closest to me. I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we’ll continue to deal with this privately.

Thank you for your understanding, understanding, and support, I love you all. Danny, I’ll see you soon.

A source close to Danny said after the incident: “Danny has been mortified about whats happened and the awful situation he has put everyone in.

He is so concerned for his family that he hopes his words will help to draw a line between what has been a very upsetting time for everyone. His entire family values Georgia and his son. He has been so appreciative of his fans’ support throughout all of this. He simply wants to get better and spend time with his family.

He was recently spotted smiling as he ventured out alone. He embraced the warmer weather that the UK had been experiencing as he wore a white t-shirt, paired with a pair of black joggers, a pair of white trainers and a green beanie. He seemed happy as he beamed at onlookers.
