Crying Lily Allen admits she’s ‘having panic attacks’ after David Harbour split

After splitting from David Harbour, Lily Allen has revealed how she is managing.

It was reported last month that Lily, 39, had split from actor David, 49, after four years of marriage. Lily and David haven’t yet made a public comment on the speculation, but this week the determined mother-of-two confirmed she hasn’t been doing well lately.

The Smile singer claimed that she is having panic attacks that are affecting her life and that she is “not in a good place.” What’s more, Lily worryingly added that the situation is ‘ spiralling’.

Speaking on her and Miquita Oliver’s Miss Me? podcast in an episode released on Thursday, Lily bravely shared: “I’m finding it hard to be interested in anything, I’m really not in a good place. Although I’ve been discussing it for months, I’ve been spiraling ever since. It’s got out of control, I’ve tried”.

She went on: “I came to the Miss Me? I had a panic attack at Christmas lunch, had to go home, and then, with my friends, had to leave at halftime for a performance at a theater the previous night. I can’t concentrate on anything except the pain I’m going through. It’s really hard”.

Lily also touched upon the two daughters she shares with her ex Sam Cooper – Ethel, 13, and Marnie, 11 – telling Miquita: “They are always there and you have to be present and there for them. And that’s okay, when things in life are going well and you’re coping it’s really nice to have the kids around. They’re a joy.

” One of the main sources of joy in one’s life. However, having to hold things together is very difficult when things don’t go as well and life is difficult, as it is for many people for various reasons.

According to The Mail on Sunday, rumors about her breakup with David started to spread after Lily was spotted back on the dating app Raya, even though she had only recently joined to see if husband David was still with it.

According to the paper, the actor was once more looking for new partners. According to one of the star’s friends, Lily was looking for women on Raya and re-referencing them with those whom David follows on Instagram to see who was seeing. Since meeting David, she hasn’t even looked at anyone. She is devastated. He ended his relationship with Lily a month ago.

David and Lily haven’t touched a drop of alcohol since their five-year romance, but he has also been there for her as she began her journey of sobriety.
