Could Trump’s tariffs upend the world’s economic order?

The trade dispute with China drags on, but US President Donald Trump’s tariffs on Mexico and Canada are currently suspended.

After Canada and Mexico gave him assurances about border security and fentanyl trafficking, US President Donald Trump has delayed imposing tariffs on his closest trading allies by a month.

Trump’s supporters claim that his strategy has worked in the past to sway foreigners’ favors by leveraging the US economy.

China has responded to Trump’s additional tariffs by implementing its own measures that are scheduled to go into effect on Monday.

That could allow the two biggest economies of the world to resume a trade war.

India’s economy will be revived by its middle-class.
