Just days after Jack Fincham was released on bail, TOWIE star Chloe Brockett shared a loved-up snap with him.
Jake, a 33-year-old Love Island star who co-starred with Dani Dyer on the dating reality series Love Island, admitted guilt this week on two counts related to the dangerously out-of-control dog. Following the events that occurred in September 2022 when his black cane corso Elvis bit a runner before attacking a woman in June of last year, he is currently appealing a six-week prison sentence.
Chloe, 24, sobbed as her off-knight partner, 24, was given a court sentence the day before they shared a spa vacation at Hampshire resort Champneys Forest Mere. Jack and Chloe snuggled up together after a dramatic week, which she shared on her Instagram Story.
The besotted reality star wrote: “Love you then”, before tagging in her boyfriend and adding a heart-shaped emoji. The couple and their partner shared a nap at the spa earlier this week, the day before his hearing, by sharing a photo of them wearing matching white robes.

The incident that occurred the day before the storm caused a calm before the storm, with Jack admitting to the charges against him at his hearing the following day, one of which resulted in injury. The reality star was initially sent to the cells to begin his sentence, but Southend Magistrates’ Court’s administrative office later revealed to the BBC that because of an appeal, he was given the opportunity to release him hours later.
Fincham will now have to show up at Basildon Crown Court for a bail application hearing on Friday. Fincham and Chloe were spotted holding hands in Essex after a stressful day at a nearby Tesco with Fincham. At one point, he was seen leaning in to kiss his girlfriend.
But although he seemed in high spirits after his release, Jack still has to pay a £3, 680 bill, which includes a £961 fine, and £200 in compensation to the runner. He was allowed to pay in £400 monthly instalments, after his legal rep Richard Cooper claiming his client has “no savings”.
He was arrested for driving while intoxicated less than a year ago in March of 2024, which is not his first recent encounter with the law. He was given a 12 week sentence, which was suspended for 18 months and has a driving ban, which is in place until October 2029.
Fincham was required to complete 250 hours of community service as well. He admitted to using cocaine five days a week and to having a friend pay £100 for fake plates when questioned by the police at the time.
