If there’s one beauty brand that never fails to get us excited whenever it launches something new, it’s Charlotte Tilbury. The popular skincare and make-up brand already makes some of our beauty team’s all-time favourite products – including Hollywood Flawless Filter and Charlotte’s Magic Cream – and now it’s just launched six gorgeous new eyeshadow palettes that have immediately gone to the top of our lust lists.

Available to buy from the Charlotte Tilbury website from today are the Charlotte’s Palette of Beautifying Eye Trends, priced at £49 each and available in six different colourways, with one to suit everyone and flatter every eye colour. These combinations of matte, shimmer and sparkly powders come in neutrals and golden tones as well as more trending greens, blues and pinks.

And despite only just launching, Charlotte Tilbury fans are already singing these palettes’ praises, commenting on the “beautiful shades” and “super blendable” powders.

“I’m super impressed with the Charlotte Tilbury Beautifying Eye Trends Super Neutral eyeshadow palette,” one comment on the website reads. “The shades are all neutral, making it easy to create both soft and slightly more dramatic eye looks. The texture is smooth and blends really well, and the pigmentation is good without being too overpowering. The shimmery shades add a nice glow, while the matte ones are perfect for creating depth.”

Another person was particularly taken with the warm-toned Sensual Sunset palette, writing: “I love how versatile it is! You can create a soft, romantic look for the day or build up the intensity for a sultry, smoky eye at night. It’s perfect for enhancing any eye colour, but I think brown and green eyes will absolutely pop with these tones.”

Charlotte Tilbury also does pink shades really well – think just how popular the Pillow Talk franchise is – and so it’s unsurprising that fans like the Pink Love shade selection too: “The moment I laid my eyes on this Pink Love palette from Charlotte Tilbury, I instantly fell in love,” one comment reads. “The eye palette looks 100 x prettier in person.”

In fact, the only minor gripe that customers seem to have so far is that the palettes don’t contain a mirror – however one person added that “this won’t impact me in repurchasing this eye palette as I am very happy with the quality of the eyeshadows’ texture and pigments.”

If, however, you’re more of a make-up minimalist and really can’t see yourself using nine different eyeshadows, Bobbi Brown’s Essential Eye Shadow Trio, £36, gets out beauty editor Laura’s vote.

In contrast, for maximum make-up for your money, try the MORPHE 18CT Matte Essentials Artistry Palette, now reduced from £20 to £16, and containing every matte, neutral shade you could wish for.
