BREAKING: Court Orders All Members Of Lagos Assembly To Be Joined In Obasa’s Suit

The Lagos House of Assembly members must be incorporated as parties in the lawsuit brought by Hon. Obasa, Mudashiru

Justice Yetunde Pinheiro has also adjourned until March 7 to hear all pending petitions in the matter.

On January 13, 2025, Hon Obasa had contacted the court to challenge his dismissal by at least 36 of his coworkers.

The claimant claimed in the application filed on February 12, 2025, that 36 lawmakers on January 13th, 2025, had removed him from his position while he was away from the country.
